If you have already examined our current business listings but didn't find one that appeals to you, what should you do next? Many times, our current business listings do not meet each individual client's specific needs, and sometimes unique criteria. That is why we offer our prospective clients a pro-active option. If you prefer to actively expedite your search, rather than waiting for the ideal business to be listed (which may never happen), this Targeted Acquisition Service is for you.

Working with you to define your ideal target, our process will provide you with up to 10 companies, matching your budget and criteria, which together you will rank in acquisition preference. We will then bring you back to us, with your list of potential Sellers, to allow us to engage your target(s) in discussions leading to a buy/sell negotiation.

A customized search for a company, based on your defined industry, and/or business type, and/or product category will take two months. After that, we will apply our normal process to assist you in Closing a deal, all the way through the due diligence period. Targeted Acquisition is a fee-based service that includes the short-term work of the Consultant and then our brokerage. The entire fee paid for both processes, is eligible for a 100% rebate directly to you, from us, upon Closing a deal through us, subject to our receipt of contractual commissions from the Seller. You will receive a rebate commitment in writing, from us, upon your approval of the Consultants engagement letter.
