We have entered into a strategic alliance with a Business Development Consultant who specializes in doing customized searches for the ideal acquisition target, based on our clients' specific needs and sometimes unique criteria.

Many times our current business listings do not meet each individual client's needs. That is why we offer our prospective clients a pro-active option. If you prefer to actively expedite your search, rather than waiting for the ideal business to be listed, this targeted acquisition service is for you.

Our Consultant works closely with you to define your ideal target. This definition is used by the Consultant to conduct a customized search for a company (or companies) not yet listed, but that meets your defined criteria. Once found, we ask you, the client, to confirm that your criteria have been matched, based on the preliminary information available. We (your Business Broker) then proceed to encourage the potential Seller to begin listing discussions, initially through us. Once listed, we work jointly with Seller and Buyer. We work with both parties to get a deal done, subject to the usual due diligence.

A custom search can take between 1-3 months. The Consultants fees are charged directly to you, by the Consultant. Up to three months of fees paid, are fully refunded to you, the Buyer, as a rebate on Closing any deal through us.
